School Board Member, Marketing Consultant, Mom
These are just some of my titles that describe my day to day.
The only title earned by securing the votes of my community – Menomonee Falls School Board Member – is one that I am truly honored to have. Thank you for trusting me to represent our students, staff, and community.
As a passionate supporter of public education, I provide both a parent and business perspective to the school board. Strong public schools play such an important role in keeping Menomonee Falls an attractive place to live and raise a family.
I’m originally from Menasha, and my husband Adam is from Oshkosh. We met in college, found jobs out of state and returned to Wisconsin, landing in Menomonee Falls in 2007. Our children Sonya and Emmett were born in the Falls. They now are elementary students at Riverside Elementary School.
I attended public school K – 12 in Menasha. I earned college credits through AP and CAPP classes, and lead in student government and varsity basketball. These experiences prepared me for UW – Madison School of Business, where I majored in Marketing and German and earned a Certificate in International Business.
15 years ago my marketing career started at Ford Motor Company and then WESCO Distribution in Pittsburgh, PA. Back in Wisconsin, I worked at Generac Power Systems and later a small business. Today I run my own business, Appeal Marketing. I’m proud to support small businesses and organizations including the Greater Menomonee Falls Foundation.
I am involved because I care. I enjoy bringing people together to help our community and one another.

What I Value
Our district provides many opportunities for learning. We provide career exploration through the academies and middle school electives. It’s important to protect electives and specials at all levels.
Strong public schools anchor any great community. I want to grow #FallsPride and increase involvement and engagement of families, professionals, and retirees in our schools and CE & Rec.
We have incredible teachers and staff in the Falls. I want to keep supporting our teachers with the resources and ongoing training that are needed to help our students learn and grow.
The district utilizes short and long term strategic planning and budgeting processes through the Finance Committee. I will make decisions that help best prepare Falls students for their future.
